Who is James E. D'Incecco, CPA,
AKA "Jimmy D"?
Jim
was born and raised in Meriden, Conn. and is of Italian-American
heritage. His first trade was that of a machinist and tool and die
maker. He moved West at the age of 20 and met his devoted wife Sara in
Ellendale, ND in 1977. They were married shortly after they met and
have been married for nearly 28 years. They have two grown sons ages 24
and 21. Jim and his family have been in Colorado for over 25 years.
They enjoy movies and attending church. Jim is an avid science fiction
buff, while Sara is the family gardener.
Jim
graduated from National College of Business, Rapid City, SD in February
1980, Sum Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
and Management. The school has since changed its name to College of
America and has an extension campus in Denver.
Jim
received his CPA in April 1983 and has been practicing in the Public
Accounting industry since March 1980, over 25 years. He is a member in Good Standing of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, Colorado Society of CPAs, and National Association of Tax
Professionals.
Jim
has over 25 years of Accounting and Tax experience in Public Accounting
and Private Industry. Most recently he served for over 7 years as
Senior Tax Accountant and Manager for a local CPA firm. Jim has spent
most of his adult career in the Public Accounting industry serving
small to medium-sized business clients. Much of his experience is in
the area of business and individual income tax planning and preparation
and financial and management consulting and advisory services.
His
background includes, but is not limited to the following business
consulting services: Financial Statement preparation and analysis,
Financing Assistance and Loan Packaging, Cash Forecasting and
Management, Business Processes and Efficiencies, Training Development,
Internal Controls, Tax Planning and Compliance, Budgets and Forecasts,
Payroll Processing, Employee Benefits Administration, and Trust and
Estate Accounting and Taxation.
